Phoenix Rising are focussed on Safety and Professionalism alongside with being able to provide full satisfaction within the realm of the fantasy of the 'Biker' look and the 'Harley Davidson' image to our customer.

Recently we did a huge Corporate Group pick up from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. A marketing Agency in New Zealand were bringing 76 Ford Dealership Owners over for the launch of the new Ford. Logistically it was a lot of work, we had to communicate with Traffic Management at the Airport, who we must say were absolutely fantastic, we had so much co-operation, they were well aware that this was the largest 'Harley Ride' done in Melbourne. Traffic Management provided a special holding area that we could assemble all the bikes, trikes, sidecars and Coach in, where we gave our briefing, they provided a special escort vehicle to us, we waited for the word from the group that they were coming out of customs and it was all systems go, from where I was sitting in the Coach travelling behind the group of about 30 Harleys with the Escort Vehicle up in front it was nothing less than spectacular.

The bikes pulled up right at the front door of International Arrivals with the Traffic Management guys doing their thing and keeping everything clear for us. We got quite a bit of attention from everyone at the airport. This was certainly not the everyday average thing at the Airport. Our passengers came out, the luggage was thrown into the coach and it was 'All Systems Go!' The entourage pulled away down the Tullamarine Freeway and down to Albert Park Lake where we changed over the passengers from the bikes to the coach and visa versa.

The second group had a Harley Tour around St Kilda, passed Luna Park and back to meet the first group at Crown Promenade where they were staying.

This is an email from the marketing agent about the job

Hi Terry and Christine,

Just a quick note to say THANK YOU so very much for your assistance and in making the fantastic pickup happen so flawlessly, and so professionally (and so dramatically!) yesterday. The feedback over the weekend has been nothing but awesome and I know it\'s because of the great way you guys started it off. The guys were so excited and they kept saying how awesome it was - even some of our older, more cynical clients loved it!!

Both myself and the team at Ford Really really appreciate all your efforts in speaking to the airport and arranging the collection and in your fantastic and helpful attitude towards making this work for us. I know it was just an amazing day for all involved and I hope your team really enjoyed it too. I hope you managed some rest and shouted yourself a drink yesterday afternoon! I\'m still going and have just put the last of our guys back on planes before heading back to New Zealand tonight, so am planning to take a few days off.

Thank you again for your help and in making this event work so well for us - we can\'t wait to see the DVD and share it with the clients so do let me know when you have that...and thanks for sending the pics in the meantime. We\'ll settle the invoice this week and thanks for your flexibility on the day. Speak soon, and have a great week. It was great to meet you and if we ever do client events in Melbourne again I know exactly where to come!

Words cannot explain how thrilled we are to get this sort of feedback from our customers, our main focus is on customer service, when our customers are happy then we know we have done a great job. Kind Regards Terry & Christine
